Can't sign in on my iphone app but can on PC after email address change

Anyboby else had this problem? can't sign in on my iPhone app but can on PC after email address change, I changed my email address and no longer can sign in on app but can on my PC. Been in touch with MyT help but think they gave up, as they no longer answering my emails 😒

Please anybody had the same problem

The server can take a few working days to update for the app, use your old login ?

Silly question, did you verify the email address - they usually send a confirmation email what may have hit your spam folder

Tried verify email address again, no good see attached

That problem sorted, they still had my old email address on there system so activation was going to my old email address, so the deleted my account and then removed my old email address from the system, fine back into MyT but can't connect now to my connected services and tried factory reset but nothing, cloud symbol shows with red cross though it 😒
