Best to measure the dipstick tube and buy accordingly. I think size of 5-6mm  diameter will be fine. There are some syringe sets including tubes in Amazon on good prices .

I have one of these extractor pumps:-

The pipe on this that goes into the dipstick hole, as TonyHSD says, is 5.6mm wide.  I know, because I've just measured it. I've yet to try a car the pipe didn't fit into.

I can third the above. I have the Sealey version of that to which Gerg links.

An Amazon Warehouse purchase, damaged box only, at a ridiculously reduced price.

A black reinforced pipe 5.6/7mm outside diameter. Works very well with warm, not hot oil. A slight own goal because it's still necessary to crawl on the floor to change the filter! Depending on car, of course.

Should fit into most dipstick tubes.

I have this one for myself from lidl but never used to date, previously I had to take out 1ltr of engine oil from a used car I had, the engine was running nice a sweet but someone had just put a lot more oil or additives in. I had to drive like that from Oxford to London but then I removed the excess oil. I used this syringe 200ml and tube and lots of pumps

Up to 0.5 L overfill from max level is fine. It is about 1 cm above the max marking. More than that, we should drain or suck them. I usually fill it at Max level with filter change with  4.2L oil. 4.5 L will be slightly overfill.
