What can you do to make Verso-S bit more faster on the drive offs

Verso-s is a 1.3l engine and I'm now driving this car after driving an 2006 automatic Honda Jazz of a 1.4l engine.

I realised there's a huge lack of power in Verso-s especially when you start driving off after stopping at a roundabout or driving 1st time of the day or ever generally driving off after being stationery. The lack of power seems to be between the 1-3rd gear on cvt engine. 

Ive changed the sparks plugs to NGK, cleaned that orange colour little pcv valve and using premium petrol as well. What else can I do to get some power in to it especially when you driving off from being stationery? Im happy to take the car to the garage for if there's something complicated which I cannot do myself as long as I can get this improved. Tia!
