Toyota Avensis wobbling

Hello guys! Im new on the forum 🙂

Have a problem with my car that no one in my town can identify. I got a Avensis 1.8 petrol 2013.

When i start my car, it stars wobbling/twitching and all the errors light up on the panel. It shows valvetronic error.

If I drive it a bit so it warms up and disconnect the Battery and connect it again, all the errors disappear and the car runs like new, but if I stop the car and it gets cold again same problem occurs. I took it to every fixer around and no one can solve the issue! I tried to change the motor oil but it didn't help!

If anyone could suggest something i would highly appreciate it! Thanks!
