DCAT injector advice

Hi all, bought my used  2010 DCAT 3 years ago with extended Toyota warranty.  Just under 2 years ago, check 4×4 system error.  Under warranty, injector ECU replaced.  Didn't fix issue so 1 injector then replaced, under warranty.  2 weeks ago, 2 injectors failed.  Main dealer advised replacing all 4 at my expense so went ahead with repair.  Today, check 4x4 error.  ODBII reader showing P2002 fault.  Is this likely to be related to recent injector failure?  Any advice greatly appreciated.  Will be complaining to Toyota and asking why all 4 injectors weren't replaced 2 years ago.

Hi I've had the same fault on my 2013 rav, check awd drive fault, code reader reads it as injector 3 open circuit, have you managed to fix yours?

Hi Jambo79.  My particular issue was  P2002 fault code.  Local Toyota dealer advised clearing code and giving the car a bit of a thrashing to clear soot from EGR valve.  Seems to have done the trick.
