Tundra problems

I have had a few problems with my Tundra, a 2001 model, and wondered if anyone else had similar experiences. they are:

1. a "cracking or slapping" noise in the area of the top of the windshield- the dealer was good about tracking it down and ended up being a loose molding around the windshield. I still get a little wind noise especially on windy days at higher speeds.

2. the seat, bucket seats, on the drivers side creaked a lot and has been replaced twice--this last one seems to have cured the problem.

3. seat belt retractor--doesn't retract very well--has been replaced twice

4. side window rattles-especially when they are down an inch or two; ;the dealer adjusted them twice and lastly put in two new tracks; that seems to have cured the problem by about 90%.

5. I now have a noise, sounds like a click when (not always) when I back up--reminds me of the noise a bad u-joint made in an old car I had. Haven't found the source as of yet.

I like the performance of the truck but have been disappointed in these things; this is my first Toyota and I had been told that such "nusiance" issues are not common in Toyota products.
