Hi Toyota people.

we’ve just got a 2007 auto 2.0 Voxy with reasonably low mileage, I’m loving it but have a question, this is my first post and I’m not very knowledgable on cars, would really appreciate some advice. So basically I’ve had to have the pedals adapted to have a duel flip accelerator fitted (so I can drive with my left foot and the missus can drive with right), I can’t use my right foot as it’s buggered from an icu session a few years ago.

So I’ve done my first few drives using my left foot / break accelerator and I’m finding the accelerator to be super super sensitive, so much so I’ve taken to driving with a very thin trainer on my left foot so I can very gently accelerate. I thought I also had a bit of over reving a couple of times when going from 30-40mph.

I’m used to more more modern car with a much spongier less sensitive accelerator..

any thoughts ? Really appreciated cheers
