Uneven idle loss of power maybe VVT solenoid

On a long hot drive 300 miles just before I got there to collect my stranded daughter under load the warning light came on went off not under load but the last 5 miles was not sure if we would make it. 

2000 VVTi CELICA 190,000

Any advice welcome but specifically

Which warning light?.

A VVTi that has has covered 190k has done very, very well. Many have died having suffered the "death rattle" due to the inherent oil burning issue.

it has done well and yes it burns a lot of oil, I am going to take it to a Toyota specialist to see what it the problem is, the AA sent me this.

It could be as simple as needing new spark plugs, or it could be a bit more involved.

hanks for the information regarding the codes, I only found the AA report last week and did not know I could look up the codes

Changed the plugs much better cylinder 4 burning oil next step change the injector
