Noise from front of my car

Hi folks I have a 2002 Toyota Avensis Petrol estate 

Last 6 months I heard what sounded like  uneven tyre tread wear noise when driving vehicle and same noise as if the wheel bearing had gone. The noise doesn't get worse or better

I've had 4 new tyres, NSF wheel bearing and front brake discs and pads. Road noise still there coming from front. 

Tyre place who replaced 4 tyres said the tyres they put on are cheapo chinnese tyres. This is causing the road noise.

Anyone know what it could be please

All tyres have various ratings one of them happens to be noise in decibels.

Look at your old tyre specifcations and compare with your new tyre mfg specifcations.

I presume your mechanic ruled out failing ball joints and drop links.

Really interesting. If ball joints and drop links are worn out does it make that noise? Gearbox gear sele tion is fine. Drives really well. It is strange the hotter the weather is the noise is louder. When i travel through the night the noise isnt as bad.

Tyres place said "you buy cheap asian tyres then expect a noise"

My Toyota is 20 years old spent loads on it. Front BD and pads. New clutch. Oil change every 5k using genuine parts. 4 new tyres sadly cheap and cheerful ones. Brake service

The noise has been there 6 months never gets worse. Old worn tyres were on noise still there. Can hear louder on smooth roads
