OBD2scanner and ECU analyzer for RAV4 phev 2021

Can anybody recommend  both OBD2 scanner and ECU analyzer  for RAV4phev 2021.

I wish to be able to  reset  hybrid function following 'hybrid failed' message and 'engine problem, message due to low 12volts.

Requires dealer reset at moment.

Considering  XTOOLd80 OBD2 scanner  and XTOOL KS-1 ecu coder

obd 2 readers a lot but very few does a good job and also important here is the app that you have to use with the tool. I personally use carista and have subscribed £49 a year with their own app cancel any time , they also offer short term subs or use free for basic diagnostic. This device helped me diagnose and delete faults on the speed sensors, engine and also hybrid system malfunction. Also with other app I am able to dig inside hybrid Battery, see voltages and other parameters, run life expectancy test etc, very useful device. Save time and money. 👍

Carly is another one - Make sure you trawl YouTube automotive channels before buying as almost all of them have a discount code for Carly or Carista!

Carly is mainly USDM cars, Carista is more Euro focused but is pay to play

not sure why you need a XTOOL D80 (A80 ???) and KS-1 Key coder/emulator as its major overkill, and it's £1100-1200 for that combo

your only resetting error codes and there are better system from the likes of Autel

 

For once in a blue moon use a Techstream clone with mini VCI or a VX Diag - VCX Nano and a laptop is even more capable

The Carista is available on Amazon for £12.49 I don't know if this is a good price, I've just seen it come on a deal site and thought it may help someone.
