Automatic sliding door not working right

I've recently developed a glitch with my Estima Aeris. The rear doors slide automatically, but it now won't close properly (or not reliably). Specifically, it will close and click shut, and then after a few seconds there's s second click and the rear end moves out and stands ever so slightly proud. I managed somehow to get it shut properly, but when I go around a roundabout my door open light on the dash flashes on briefly followed by a warning noise.

Any ideas what the issue might be?

And a follow up question...assuming it needs an electrically minded mechanic to look at it, how do you find/select a suitable garage.
