I have a 2018 Yaris Icon Mk 3 (UK)with a Touch 2 go Navigation.  Is there a way to upgrade or another way for the system to work with Android Auto as I would like to navigate with google maps on the the cars screen via my mobile phone?

Won't be able to upgrade the existing multimedia unit.

You can fit most double din radios, but you will lose the hybrid features, if you have the colour display in the dash no problem as It's displayed in there as well

budget wise you're looking at £4-500 all said and done for something like a Pioneer SPH-DA160DAB with the fascia and various adapters
