Replacement key/fob for 2003

Hi

I'm looking for a replacement key fob for my 2003 Toyota Rav 4. I did buy one from Amazon (I think) but couldn't get it programmed. I resorted to taking it to the Toyota dealers and they managed to program the lock/unlock on the fob, but it won't start the car, so my old key till start the car and the new one will lock/unlock the dorrs.. It lends to a bulky key chain.

So I'm looking for a new fob which will do both. My old fob has the P/N of 60081. I have found a few with this number but they are based in China...

Can anyone point my in the right direction to buy one in the UK?

Do you have any other keys, even the valet 'dumb' key? If so you can sort your issue easily with a little work.
