Hi guys I have a 1996 xli saloon and it was running fine one day and all of a sudden its started running badly cylinders 2 and 4 aren't firing I've changed the distributor cap and rotar arm and new plugs and still the same and the plugs in 2 and 4 are drowned in petrol when I take them out after trying to start it anyone have any idea what could be the problem?thanks

Swap the leads around. Does the problem follow the leads?

Do you get a spark at at the plugs, if not it could be the plug leads.
