Window Wipers Won't Switch Off!

So today went to switch my wipers off and they won't, I can put them on the highest speed no problem just can't get them to stop or go on the slowest setting unless I switch the engine off. Do you think it could be a relay? If so does anyone know where they are located looked online but can't find where it would be would just save a trip to Toyota if it's an easy fix. It's a Aygo 69 plate if that makes any difference. Thanks
