Stereo upgrade

Hi all 

As per the title I am looking to buy an aftermarket infotainment system but unsure of the size I'd need. 

Has anyone else here done this before ? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

It's a 2012 auris hybrid older model.

Generally, we never get any sound quality update without upgrading the whole speaker system and infotainment.  You can get aftermarket infotainment from Alpine, Pioneer, Kenwood, etc. especially with Android Auto and GPS integrated with it.  But do not expect for better sound quality.
