First service

That's my first service done all good.

Technician mentioned on back of Hybrid Health Check that the Auxilary Battery Charging was red marked as fail but they boosted it.

I spoke with the head of the department (worked in the toyota service side for 40 years) who advised it can sometimes drain when testing the hybrid Battery.

Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else.

Not mentioned on my test earlier in the year. If it’s a well known fact I wonder why they do not test the 12v Battery before doing the hybrid Battery check?

Good point - not sure what would cause the aux Battery to drain

If they have had kept the car in acc mode, start button one press without holding the brake. , other than that I can’t see too. 👍 Perhaps it will be a good idea to buy a trickle charger and charge your Battery once in a while. 👌

Your Battery was just low when you dropped the car off is my best bet hence the red flag.

I beleve when garage puts car in survice mode the 12 volt Battery is displayed but no other user infomation is avaible on the screen.

Just noticed when reviewing my videos on dash cam my dash cam was on the entire time they were working on the car.  If at any point they left it on accessory mode at any point im thinking this might have been reason for drain.
