Just updated the my t app for Android and it won't open at all. I have unistalled and reinstalled twice but it is still not working. Any similar experiences?

JUST UPDATED AND THE APP KEEPS CRASHING. IT WON'T OPEN AT ALL. FIX THIS APP TOYOTA EUROPE OR BETTER STILL DON'T RELEASE UNLESS SURE IT IS WORKING, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. 👎👎

I found the App would not open.  I went to re install, found the update, installed it and no problem.

Mine is the same on Apple 🍎 

tried reinstalling it and it’s the same 😢

Today MyT is running slow it made me sign back in again but this is after about 4 attempts then another four attempts for it to acept my sign in code.

So I presume it not a good day for setting up your system to MyT.

I also think that the computers used by Toyota EU are not up to the task. Probably need more computing power. All in all toyota today is not what it used to be. Maybe less focus on Gazoo racing and more on everyday products is what is urgently needed!

Both the app and in-car services were down for several hours today. App could not sign-in, the car gave:

System error - We apologise, but you are not able to use the Toyota Smart Services at this moment. Please contact your dealership.

Not sure what they expect the dealership to do. The DCM had a good 4G signal so it wasn't a network issue. Operation was restored later in the day. Reliably unreliable.

The My T app can be pretty useless when its having a sulk & hopefully no one is using it to keep track of there vehicle.
