hows it goin, i just picked up a 91 4runner with 137,000 miles and a new 3.0v6 with 4600 miles on it. i have a few issues i though you all could help me.

1. runs very rich.

2. under powered

firstly hello there and welcome.

may be worth checking things like timing and ignition system as these may not have been set correctly when the engine was installed.
