2003 RHD 3.0 V6 Camry Steering Rack

Hi, I'm in the UK and I've managed to obtain two quotes for a RHD P. Steering Rack however £1,700 and £1,300 are too much. I've been looking for a salvage part T44200-33370 but haven't been successful....Is there an equivalent part number used on other models or brands (Lexus for instance) 

 

Your my last hope, so I'd appreciate any feedback from this forum.

Have you looked at buying from Amayama online?

I recently used them to purchase parts obtained from Japan and UAE. I was unsure at first, but the service was excellent and far cheaper than getting them from the (otherwise excellent) Toyota UK parts operation.
