2007 Auris MMT fault - Please help

Hi everyone. I’m having a bit of a nightmare with an Auris MMT. It came in with intermitant dropping into neutral. We diagnosed the clutch actuator. Took it out and it was bent so we have sorced a new after market unit.
We fitted the actuator but now can’t get the N to come up on the dash which then Is not allowing us to calibrate the new unit with the Techsteam.

During the diagnosis we mistakenly removed the gear selector and it left the shaft behind in the box. (Looks like the the neutral switch is supposed to be removed before you do this 🤦‍♂️) we have reassembled the selector but their is loads of variable positions for the component.

We have been using the live data from the potentiometers in the selector to try to get them to the correct position as we think this is why the N is not coming up but we don’t have any information on what the correct position is exactly. Neutral switch seems to only be used to inhibit start up and we can still start car with this connected and will not start disconnected.

My questions are
1/ is there a guru out there on these? And if so who is he/she?
2/ can anyone provide a live data screen shot from a know good car for us to work to to help sort the problem. I have attached our screen shot.
Any help would be appreciated.

We have obviously gone in over our head with this job. I want to get it sorted and then I promise I will never touch one again.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

there is one man that can eventually help but until he writes here you may think about contacting Toyota official dealer service department and ask them for help. There are also repair manuals available to purchase and use, I never used myself and I am afraid I won’t be able to assist you any further.
Here for the manual. https://www.toyota-tech.eu

Good luck 👍
