Hi there 

My name is Mike from Plymouth and have just found this page and joined ,I bought a crown from Japan and can't register it as I don't have the original export certificate, the tax off ice is really unhelpful and I need a official toyota club to authenticate my car if not its going to rot on my driveway .Can this club do that for me ?
