I have a 2022 corolla cross in the UAE.

No connect service. My SOS button was green. Being curios, I have pressed the SOS button, it keeps flashing red now and no volume coming out from radio , bluetooth. I have tried deleting the phone, resetting the console, disconnected the 12v Battery for 1 hr.

Nothing is working. Any solutions?  Yes I can take to thr dealership, but maybe the solution is simple and would save hassle

If there is no verbal response from the vehicle's occupants, the operator will dispatch emergency personnel to the vehicle location. If the SOS button does not have a green light lit before or after pressing the button, you may not be enrolled in Lexus Enform services.

Hello. Yes I don't have the Enform or connect service...not even sure it is active in the UAE . I think it is stuck waiting for the communication module to push the call...but since no service...it is stuck there... or something else is going on. In some forums they say the telematic module is faulty .

My system is red on startup then changes to green.

Its also fitted with its own Battery behind light fitting.

SOS system is wired inline with radio, the DCM need to be reset, the DCM has its own backup Battery

It's either a telematics reset (ACN end call) or  full reset with techstream

Manual reset - remove the DCM from the car, Disconnect the backup Battery (under the Battery cover on the DCM) leave for 15-20 mins, reconnect the backup battery, reinstall

You guys are awesome. I just need to research some video or photos to help me

1. Disconnecting the dcm

2. Locating and Disconnecting the backup Battery

As this is a company car, the dealership is asking 75USD to fix this.

The dismantling option seems kind of messy. IS there an easier way? Techstream I need to buy a cable, and a license, right?
