Should not be too long now for 2022v2.  I am thinking, not another marathon download and install job. It's a long winded procedure but it does work via the usb method. The new MY23 model should be much easier to update hopefully.

If its similar to the my22, then the system uses an online map and only uses the inbuilt one if it has no data connection.  My car claims the base map update is dealer only.
