From Toyota dealer or from breaker yard used one. Google part number and results will pop up. 👍

it's part of the valve, replace the valve (turbo regulating valve)

what are your error codes, note there are 2 types of these valves, unless it tests faulty you may have other issues like the suction control valve(s)
