Oem is 04478-28050, i would only do it if the bore and piston are ok (the bore may need a hone)

I rebuilt many a brake cylinder when I was younger. Always honed them smooth, no matter how good they looked. Better to be safe than sorry, especially with brakes.

Its not that expensive just replace the caliper.

Try finding one in stock !!! Brembo list one what's £90-110 plus a core charge, brake parts are not easy thing to get for JDM cars
