Corolla windows not clearing when opened

I bought a new toyota corolla touring sports in 2021. From day 1 in the winter , when the front windows were opened they did not clear the condensation on the outside or rain . Just had its first service and was told that a scraper trim was not fitted to them but the service manager could not explain why. My wife has a new yaris which clears perfectly when the windows are opened , anybody else out there have the same problem?

Yes, I have the same problem.

It helped a bit, that I put "raniex" on the windows and when windows are down, pushed window seals a bit towards the window, but it is still far from 100%.
