I have an 11 plate toyota Auris T spirit hybrid the media Center is not working displaying a message ‘A program cannot be read  please consult a dealer ‘ and then some Japanese writing underneath I have tried the navigation dvd and done a lense cleanse but no further progress any ideas would be helpful the media Center is a B9030 model  images of sat nav here https://media.toyota.co.uk/images/auris-hybrid-interior-2010-2012/

Hi there the Battery went flat and it was restarted by the AA and thereafter it did not work any work around solution ?
