Sat Nav not working on 2022 Yaris

We took delivery of New Yaris April of this year. Connected phone through USB port and set up the Sat Nav to read through the Multi Media Screen worked perfectly .

Whilst away in Lincolnshire it got to the destination and then in the afternoon went to use and nothing.

Have tried reinstalling nothing. Have tried to get answers from 3 Toyota dealers nothing.

Its still under warranty and we have a visit planned to the Toyota Dealer in November.

Anybody else experienced this and any solutions???

Have you tried a different USB cable ? Have you setup the connection on the radio again ?

Try and describe in detail what you mean by "nothing"? What type of phone are you using? Is the phone also paired by bluetooth? Can you still see that connection on the head unit? Do you have another cable you can try?

It wont wake up your phone start on standby  open up phone then you see on the car display phone loaded followed by carplay loaded then press the map button on the car display.

After that do as flash22 and CPN suggest.

Make sure its a data cable not just a power cable.

Make sure that you’re phone is paired with your car and use the original usb cable that came with the phone.
