Auto Stop/Start Function ?

When my Aygo X was new, the S/S did not activate. I even thought that the car did not have it. And when the engine reached around 1 200 miles (2 000 km), it engaged every time.

I thought that a program prevented it to engage when the car was brand new, before it had reached a certain distance.

S/S has worked on the memsahib's X from day one. Personally I think it is a little too eager to switch off and restarts usually in under a minute if the A/C is on. But hey... it's easy to avoid or indeed switch off with a single button press.
