Replacement interior for T Spirit

Hello everyone - newby here after a bit of guidance,

On Wednesday my son and I collect our 2004 T Spirit after having converted to a pick up. Yep, A pick up.  Exterior colour is now Raptor Matt Black but the interior is now in need of lifting with new / recovered / replacement seats and door cards - ideally black.

Web searches do not come up with much of use - so ideas would be helpful for good fitting seat, trimmers and parts sources.
