I have 2004 116hp (85kw) 2.0 and it has pretty bad start. Starts pretty poorly tho glow plugs have changed and seems like new SCV is also fitted and Launch diagnostic shows 0 problems. Starting like after 5-8sec after turning the key. Temperature don't seem to affect it. It starts same as cold as hot so love to get insight what to check now. Just did fuel filter, oil change and oil filter and air filter.

this guys here can send the kit needed to fix the starter motor yourself . as long as starter motor comuater is ok and maybe brushes no good im sure putting in new ones and giving the starter motor a good cleaning plus a new selinoin maybe and she be as good as new .you can find the parts  numbers you want threw this site and putting in your vin number etc should come up with what you need only if your starter motor for sure is goosed
