Does my surf have a BOV?

Hi guys, I’ve got a 1995 Hilux surf with the 1kz-te motor and was curious if it had a BOV I can’t seem to find it.

my mate originally said let’s block the BOV for a day just to get it out of our system to make it flutter but neither of us seem to be able to see it. I’ve tried looking on google but it all comes up with aftermarket ones.

It's a just a recirculating valve, Flutter is intake noise what is caused by the throttle butterfly you only have this if you have a cable throttle - diesels also tend to run a lot more turbo pressure, as yours is a TE it will be a Mechanical injection so low pressure turbo
