toyota yaris 2015 horn not working

My horn recently went out. In about 7 days it wasn't consistently working and then finally gave out. I checked the fuse box and they are ok. Does this sound like a problem any of you have had and how did you solve it. Thank you

Given it was a bit intermittent before it could be something really simple such as the 'armature adjustment screw' on the horn needing adjustment. It's a common issue generally across many makes and models.

Do a web search for 'horn adjustment screw'. Ideally set the screw in the centre of the range where the horn works.

This of course assumes the 12 volt supply is present when you press the horn. Other possibilities could be the horn relay or the actual switch on the steering wheel but the adjustment screw is favourite.
