Heated back window

Hi,

Does anyone else have this issue on their MK4 Rav 4? When the rear windscreen is being de frosted the top half clears far faster than the bottom half. It does this whether the A/C is on or off. I have checked under the boot where the spare wheel is and there is no pooling of water or condensation.

Check with a magnifying glass wheter there is any damage or irregularity visible along the "slow" bars. If they have some damage which reduces the width of the bars, the resistance will be higher, and the current less, so it will take longer to clear.

Do you know if it would be covered under warranty?
