Your Battery is done for - new one required

Test the Battery. If low, replace it with the best priced, longest warranty comparable one.

A Battery is not an everlasting unit. You can charge it all you like, but if it has bad cells within, it won’t perform properly.

Have you tested the Battery?

Are tht tops of the terminals coverd in a white powder if so I hope you cleand it off inside the clamp.

Do your headlights work and stay bright when trying to start car.

Have a look at the starter motor just to check the electric connections have not come off.

Changed or charged ? Is it a hybrid ?, if you say it runs and comes to life with a jump you haven't blown any fuses, if you turn it off and it's dead, the Battery you have has run out of electricity

you need to replace the Battery with the same type if it's a hybrid, you can't throw any old Battery on it

There is no problem with Battery it is brand new and tested it is definitely not going to the front of the car just wondered if it is a fuse that’s blown if so where is it located

It is a hybrid 2004 estima the Battery was like for like fully charged there is power going from the Battery to the dash it starts straight away when jumped but when switch off it’s dead I’m no expert but appears to be issue from 12 v to the front hoping it’s a fuse but have no idea where it is located

No power from 12 v

where are you jumping it from ?? at the Battery or under the bonnet ?

The high current 12v fusible links are on the passenger side behind the glovebox, they can be tricky to access

Also, a small fuse box front and centre in the engine bay (not on the firewall)

Under the bonnet charging point nipple

The small box you refer to is where the charging nipple is with five fuses one is labelled ign which I assume is ignition wondering a fuse has gone there am thinking of getting auto electrician but bit wary of being ripped but thanks for comments

Check the fuses in that box, the ones inside the car are main power and supply the instrument panel aka the whole dash
