Stereo Upgrade on new T25?

I live in New Zealand and have just recently purchased a 2006 Avensis that was imported from Japan with the 1AZ-FSE 2.0L 4WD Station Wagon. It's a great drive for long rural drives but the stock radio can only tune upto around 80MHz when most radio stations here are 90-100MHz and there is no option for AUX so drives get a little boring so I've been looking into replacing the stereo with a universal android auto head unit. I've found a kit that should work: https://connects2.com/Product/ProductItem/CTKTY12 but I've realized that other models might not be the same as mine, I have a popup screen on top of the dash that is locked in Japanese but it has GPS and a TV tuner as well as a blurry reversing camera. Would this interfere with replacing the stereo or is there an easy way to get an AUX in with my preexisting system? when cycling modes on the stereo it does display AUX but there is no port
