Touch2Go, traffic updates over internet, tells me I need at create account my.toyota.eu & provides Device_ID... stuck!

Greetings all.  

 

Updated Maps etc to 2022 v2.  Thought I'd try to get SatNav running getting traffic updates over internet.  Internet connected over bluetooth, then get a message stating  need at create account my.toyota.eu & provides Device_ID...   When going to my.toyota.eu I always end up on toyota.co.uk... 

Tried but unable to see how I do so and/or enter a Device ID.  (Could be my incompetence or old age...)

Is my not being able to one of the benefits of the UK government choosing to leave the EU the way it do?? 

I already have an ID on MyToyota, can see my car  etc etc

Any suggestions or links very much appreciated.....

(Any thoughts of the usefulness of Mr  T's traffic updates over internet would be gratefully received also ...)

Doubt it very much, I have same problems with computer tech (I am not very Savvy on the subject). I am 73 years young. Hope you resolve the problem soon. I would like to update the SatNav in my 2012 Avensis but cannot seem to get any advice on how to do so .

(You need to order then download the software) I did it.

Fiddly to do, took quite a long time, annoyingly system stated engine must be running throughout.
