Relax Warranty, is it transferrable?

If I were to buy an under 10 years old/ under 100k miles Toyota with a full service history to include a fairly recent main dealer service within the last 6 months is the benefit of the Relax Warranty transferred to me automatically?

I would think so, as it's linked to the car and would show up on their system as active, although if you get it from a dealer they normally come with a years' warranty anyway.

car I am looking at is being sold privately so their will be no dealer protection etc
