The CD player in my Yaris does not work so I'm looking at replacing the head unit. Ive taken it out to look at the wiring and I cant find any stickers or anything showing the pin out of these connectors.
Does anyone know what the wiring pin out is? The stereo is a Model is 86120-52030 but after searching around online I cant find any documentation with this model or anything with the same shaped connectors.

I already have an aftermarket stereo ready to fit which I have a pin diagram for so i just need to know the current one to wire it in.
Some pictures attacked if that's helpful

Any help would be great 🙂

It's the standard Toyota 10+6, don't go cutting up the car loom

CT20TY01

eg. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/403303467226

you may also need a fascia adapter

If you have steering wheel controls it requires the audio controls adapter and a bit of wiring (the above iso adapter not required)

The 3rd connector (blue) is for a CD changer/aux in/AVC-LAN aka TX+, TX- (used to talk to the display/controls and audio controls via the display)

Yes, very straightforward. There is an adapter you can get from eBay to connect to which then allows the two from your head unit to connect to the yaris loom. You remove the lower black plastic storage housing and replace this with your head unit.

You then screw your head unit into the internal frame using short mounting screws (usually included). The frame is then screwed back into the dash. I can't remember if the head unit surround fitted on mine but its quite snug so doesn't look unfinished.

I'm travelling at present but i think I've got some pics of mine. If you've not managed to solve it by then do drop me a line and I'll do my best to help. All the best.
