MK4 Yaris clock not changed?

Hi all,

 

just wondering if anyone knows why my Yaris MK4 clock hasn’t changed automatically. It apparently is supposed to run on GPS and is selected (on position) in the settings. Can anyone advise please?

If it's like the RAV although it gets it from GPS you have to manually toggle DST on/off in the settings.

Strange - my C-HR with the Toyota Smart Connect system had automatically adjusted the clock from BST to GMT when I switched it on yesterday morning.

It's the first car I've ever owned that's automatically changed the clock, maybe it's a feature on the newer infotainment systems?

Yea I had to do something like Settings->Clock ->Daylight Savings -> Off on the big display

I noticed that my home dab radio changed the time on it's own.

So it makes me think if those of you with the newer cars have dab radios in them, would they not auto update?

Unless the radios are not integrated with the clock in the car.
