Yaris 1.8sr starting issue?

Hi, I have a 08 1.8sr Yaris and since yesterday I can only get the red light to come on when pressing the ignition start button. Usually it goes green, but just stays red.

The key fob Battery is fine and my car Battery is only 8 months old. The alternator is 5 months old and so should also be fine.

I can start the car easily with a bump start on a hill and no warning lights are showing. In fact the car drives perfectly when I've done this, but once I turn the car off, I again can't start it.

Well you diagnosed it yourself, it's starter motor related check the positive Battery terminal and the fusible links these can break if moved about too much, then the wiring to the starter motor

check the engine earth strap(s) are intact and are in good condition
