Hi All

We had the Auris fully serviced and mot'd this week, which took around 3 hours to complete.

We received a video showing the car on the ramp and a commentary on the condition of the underneath.

On a previous post I asked how many people bother to wash the underside of the car and how many of us actually have the facility to look at the condition or have an interest in the underneath's general condition.

I am not sure if all Toyota centres offer this service but I think it is a really good idea. I have been able to slow the video down and zoom in on areas of interest at my leisure.

It also allows you to see any areas of potential rust and other parts that you may have concerns with. So well done Toyota for offering this service.

Bob, I haven't got ramps so rely when I have a service thats all OK.  My dealer doesn't do video but I will ask next time.

My Dealer also does a video. Just like Bob, I find it quite interesting to watch; as I also don't get much of a chance of get under a car anymore.
