Windshield washer reservoir replaced

I have an '08 Rav4 that was in a wreck and had the washer fluid reservoir replaced. I filled the res with fluid and the low fluid indicator light stays lit. What did I miss?

I do not know the answer, but one possibilty is that, if the fluid reservoir uses a float to show the level, maybe the float was damaged in the wreck???

It may be a electronic sensor try cleaning it or just replace it.
