Can anyone cobrim bolt size for brake caliper to renew pads?

Which bolts do you mean  ?

To access the pads you only need to remove the Slider Pin bolts which are normally easy enough to remove,   though suspect you may be tallking about the two bigger bolts which hold the pads carrier frame to the backplate and are known to be problematic to remove, though you do not need to remove them just to change the pads, only when renewing the discs  etc.

If it is the slider pin bolts, might be worth renewing the actual Pins as well, lots of kits around for doing that.

Both are sold on sites like eBay, note that the Carrier bolts are high tensile, so ensure they are ,  You can also order them from your local Toyota dealer.
