Brake fluid warning light

Recently my brake fluid warning light has been coming on intermittently when going around a corner or braking heavily. It seems that the warning could be linked to steering input as the light stays on until the wheel is centred and then it goes off. Has anybody else had this or have any ideas what it could be?

The brake fluid was only changed over the summer so I don't think it can be that the level is low.

I appreciate what you say about the fluid being changed, but have you physically checked the level? Your symptons certainly indicate a low level.

Agree with dannyboy on your symptoms. Has the hallmark of your brake fluid level being low!

Thanks guys, it just needed a drop more fluid so a nice easy fix!
