recently there has been in my area lots of new toyota and lexus being stolen in the way shown in the attached videos anyone know how to protect or which models are affected.

Locks only keep honest thieves out all you can do is make the car as hard to steal as you can and hope they see the lock and go look for a car that is easier to steal.
