Sourcing Parts for a beloved Corolla EE90

Hello,

My 1989 toyota corolla recently got into a frontal collision and whilst there is no damage to the chassis, I am in need of a new front slam panel (part number: 53216-12928)

I have tried all of the known sites like amayama, eBay and so on and nowhere seems to have it in stock. I also can't find anyone that is breaking an E90 corolla for parts. Could anyone please advise on where I might be able to get one? The car has been in the family since new and I'd hate for it to go to the crusher because I can't find a part

If all else fails, then it might be worthwhile seeking out a local metal fabricator who can either repair your damaged one or make a complete new one.

Some other forum members might know of such a place in your area.
