how to track my new vehicle order

Can someone explain to me how to track my order please. I have the app and an order ID. I ordered nearly two weeks ago thanks

You can find it here. It's not for the faint hearted. Personally I would like to know if any dates are stored for each of the order-build-delivery status events but I can't see any now that the order is at the dealer.

Its the responsibility of your dealer to link your order to your app i.d (email), if they have done so correctly the new order should appear in your app, if it does not chase your dealer and confirm they have linked the correct email address.

If you have no joy from your dealer, you can contact Toyota customer services. If you do, you will need your order number, which consists of two letters and four numbers. You will also need to supply them with the email address you used to register MyT

They have replied that it is up to the dealer to do that, and they would contact the dealer, I'll so see what happens next

I'll be interested to hear too, my dealer told me they can't do this, and I have to wait until the build starts, and at that point it will link MyT with the email address used when placing the order..
