2 things that i would change, first, why do u need to use an inverter?

220v or 110v in ur car.. i dont think so LOL..

use a 12v PSU...(thats just my taste)..

second.. why hassle with SDK's when u can get something like this:

you can make skins yourself...

and... dont know bout u .. but 8" screen... just too big for me :) i like small screens.. i only need it to navigate etc...
